Status line

When some kinds of problem occurs, the Status line will inform situation of the Gatebox.
Blue lights or blinks
Usually, it illuminated in blue lights or blinks.
Red blinks
Some kinds of the problem caused the error.
Stop using the product immediately and turn off the power.
Please pull off the power plug, after checking the Status line have turned off.
Leave the Gatebox for a while and try the restart.
If the situation does not change, please contact our Customer Service.
Yellow blinks
The inside temperature of the Gatebox is high.
Please check the environment near the Gatebox.
Please check near the exhaust port and inlet port.
Please check does anything blocking the exhaust port or not.
Yellow lights
Not connected to the Internet.
Please check the connection of the Internet.
Can not connect to the server.
Please check the maintenance schedule on our Homepage.
If there is no maintenance, please contact our Customer Service.
Error messages
Attention
When the problem such as "error occurs" or "operation is not in progress" happens during the setup or normal operation, please try the following operations.

Hold down the power button to turn off the Gatebox, re-plug the power code and restart the Gatebox.

In addition, clear (task kill) and restart the application.

If the trouble seems out of order, sorry for the inconvenience, but please contact your trouble situation to our Customer Support.
Screen Display Display meaning
Off-line from the network.
Check the network connection status.
Can not connect to the server.
Visit our home page to check if it is under maintenance.
If it is not under maintenance, turn off the power by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or more.
Check if the corresponding error occurs again by pressing the power button to restart Gatebox.
If the corresponding error occurred again, please contact our customer service.
Nothing shows on the screen, status line illuminated in yellow blinks.
The temperature inside the product is high.
Check the environment of the installation location.
Check the periphery of the exhaust and inlet ports.
Check if anything is blocking the exhaust port.
Nothing shows on the screen, status line illuminated in red blinks.
Some kinds of the problem caused the error.
Immediately stop using the product and hold down the power button for 10 seconds or more; then remove your finger from the button.
Please pull off the power plug, after checking the Status line have turned off.
Leave the Gatebox for a while and try the restart.
If the situation does not change, please contact our Customer Service.
